Hi, I'm Jenna!

I'm passionate about helping people understand their bodies and learn ways to move better and feel better. I have 20 years of combined experience as a dancer, Pilates and yoga teacher, and manual therapist.

I began practicing and studying yoga therapy in 2001 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2004. I discovered Pilates while searching for ways to strengthen and rehabilitate my injuries from dance and reduce pain and muscle tension from scoliosis. Wanting to help others achieve the same results, I became a certified Pilates instructor in 2012 through Polestar Pilates.

My passion is helping people get back to doing what they love and what they never thought they'd do again!
